The dishes are of Northern Indian and Bangladeshi origin and are prepared in the Shalimar precisely as in our homes; the birth of Shalimar was the sheer passion for cooking authentic Indian food. Loyal to its local roots, The Shalimar is working where possible with seasonal produce from local farmers and growers. Opting for organic ingredients and low-mileage food, The Shalimar commits to sustainability.
